If the following message appears while attempting an ECU Upgrade, please contact your NSC for assistance: "File is corrupted and cannot be used. Please correct it with a valid file and try again."

When requesting assistance, provide the VIN and ECU Upgrade event number. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
