Symptom: Error code [0013-00-000] occurs while an ECU upgrade is in progress.
Cause: This error code occurs when the ECU upgrade in AUTO MODE identifies the Target, but communication fails during the ROM ID check.
Resolution:
1. If there is no ECU upgrade history, connect the diagnostic device and verify that the sensor Output of the Target controller is displayed correctly.
2. If a previous ECU upgrade attempt failed, recover the ECU by performing the ECU upgrade in Manual Mode.
