Symptom
The message "SmartDLogger has stopped working" appears when I click the SmartDLogger icon.
Solution
1. Install the latest Windows Update on your PC.
2. Install "Adobe Flash Player11." Click here to download and install it.
If the program cannot be installed, as shown below, contact your company's IT administrator to have the installation unblocked.
