Notice of Restricted Diagnostic Tool Server Access During the Victory Commemoration Period

Dear Customer:
In accordance with arrangements in Beijing for the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and due to security inspection requirements, external network access to the XXXX (KCN) server will be temporarily blocked. Please review the following information regarding restrictions on diagnostic tool use and the applicable countermeasures during this period:

1. Restriction Period

※Expected service restriction period: Thursday, August 7, 2025, through Wednesday, September 3, 2025
※Impact: Data transmission between the server and diagnostic tools will be interrupted while server access is blocked.

2. Diagnostic Tool Restrictions and Countermeasures

Restriction: Diagnostic software download, installation, and online update functions will be unavailable.

Countermeasure: Ensure that the diagnostic tool is updated to the latest version before server access is blocked.
Important: If installation or updating is not completed before server access is blocked, the diagnostic software will not be available during the restriction period.
Restriction: Detailed vehicle system information associated with the VIN will not be displayed automatically.

Countermeasure: Manually locate and select the detailed system applicable to the vehicle before performing diagnosis or Additional Functions.
Restriction: Functions requiring security authentication, including Additional Functions, Actuation Test, and ECU Upgrade, will be unavailable.

Countermeasure: Before server access is blocked, ensure that you log out of the diagnostic tool account and then log back in once.
Note: The authentication certificate will be updated automatically when you log out of the diagnostic software and then log back in.
Restriction: After diagnosis, E-Report data (diagnostic report number and VDN) cannot be uploaded, and warranty claims cannot be submitted.

Countermeasure: Diagnostic report numbers generated while server access is blocked will be stored temporarily in the tablet's internal storage. Once server network access is restored, the reports will be uploaded automatically in sequence.
