How to update MobileSupport on tablet PC

Symptom

To use [Mobilesupport] properly, you must update the application to the latest.

Solution

1. Go to [Play Store] on Tablet PC.




2. Search [MobileSupport for SAMSUNG].




3. Tap the program below.




4. Tap [Update] button. 

 
  
 
 
5. Tap [ACCEPT] button.




6. MobileSupport is being updated.




7. After update is complete, you can use it properly.
