How do I run the PC remote support program?

Before starting a remote support session, contact GIT Customer Service at 1588-3665 and schedule an appointment with a support representative.

1. At the scheduled time, go to http://113366.com/gitas and click "Start Remote Support."

2. Read the message displayed at the bottom of the screen, and then click the "Run" button.

3. When installation is complete, the screen shown below will appear. Click the service number provided by the support representative.

* If the service number provided by the support representative is not displayed, click the "Refresh" button below.

4. Select the checkbox to consent to remote mouse and keyboard control, and then click "Connect."

5. Once the connection is established, the support representative will remotely control your PC.

While the support representative is controlling your PC, use of your keyboard or mouse may be restricted.
