Kia KDS 2.0: “SmartDLogger has stopped working” Error When Launching SmartDLogger

Symptom

The message “SmartDLogger has stopped working” appears when I click the SmartDLogger icon.

Solution

 1. Install the latest Windows updates on your PC. 
 2. Install "Adobe Flash Player11". Click here to install it.  

If the installation fails as shown below, contact your company’s IT administrator to unblock the installer and allow the installation to proceed.
