1. When attempting to access an ECU Upgrade event, the message "Failed to create data." is displayed.
→ Corrective action: Perform the Update through the latest version. If the symptom persists after installing the latest version, perform a rollback.
(Rollback: Go to 내파일/mvci/update/메이커/Log/, select the previous date, copy the files, and paste them into mvci/update/메이커, overwriting the existing files. Then click the Internet Update button in the program.)
2. Venue Event No. 857 is not displayed.
→ This event has never been released. If a service bulletin was issued for it, the responsible department may have issued it in error.
3. Events No. 876 and 877 are not displayed on 3rd-generation devices but are displayed on 4th-generation devices.
→ Both events were deleted on 12/02 at the customer's request; therefore, neither event should be displayed.
In this case, perform an Internet Update on the 4th-generation diagnostic device to install the latest version.
