Symptom
The message, "SmartDLogger has stopped working," appears when clicking the SmartDLogger icon.
Solution
1. Install the latest Windows Update on your PC.
2. Install "Adobe Flash Player11." Click here to download and install it.
If the program cannot be installed, as shown below, contact your company’s IT department to have it unblocked and allow the installation.
