Noise (Special) Inspection Failure with the Message "No events exist for this vehicle"

1. Symptom

: The inspection fails during the first stage (vehicle verification) and displays the message "No events exist for this vehicle". 

2. Current Workaround

: On the tablet, locate and delete both "iNVHEvent.sqlite" and "Thresholdversion.txt". Then perform the inspection again.
