Event file is not displayed

When users attempt to update the ECU, the event file may not be available on the tablet.

If the issue persists after installing the latest update, the event file may not yet be available because its scheduled release time has not arrived.

Submit an urgent request for the file and perform the update. After servicing the vehicle, all diagnostic devices can receive the file through the regular update process.
