If the diagnostic application (KDS 2.0, GENESIS Smart, KDS 2.0) displays "ROM file cannot be found" or a similar error message, the ECU upgrade file is not currently available in the system.

First, verify that the diagnostic application is updated to the latest version. If it is not, update it and retry the ECU upgrade.
If the same error message appears even though the diagnostic application is up to date, contact the GIT Customer Support Team to obtain the ROM file required for the ECU upgrade.
Capture the error message and provide it to the support representative. The required file will vary depending on the error message.
