How to Sign Up for the Kia KDS 2.0 Customer Support Site - Users Who Have Previously Submitted a Support Request

If you are submitting a support request for the first time and would like to sign up, click [here].

If you have submitted at least one support request previously, follow the steps below.

1. Click the "Sign in" button in the upper-right corner of the webpage.

2. Click "Create a password" on the second line at the bottom.

3. Enter the email address you used when submitting your previous support request, and then click the "Submit" button.

4. Open the email account you entered and locate the email with the subject line "GITAUTO Password Reset."

5. You will be redirected to the webpage shown below. Enter a new password and click "Change password."

6. Registration is now complete. Return to the main page and sign in using your registered email address and password.
