[Service Center] Wireless Connection Is Unavailable After a Tablet "S/W Update (Android Upgrade)" or "Factory Data Reset"

After performing a tablet "S/W Update (Android Upgrade)" or "Factory Data Reset," the tablet settings must be reconfigured for the service center's secure network, if applicable. 

Solution: 

If the service center uses a secure network, change the Wi-Fi MAC address setting to a fixed MAC address when connecting to the network (Wi-Fi).
