1. Open the Phone app on your device.
2. Dial *#9900# on the keypad.
3. Once the SysDump menu appears, select "Run dumpstate & Copy to sdcard" from the list.

Q. How long does it take to generate the log?
A. You can enter a custom file name or use the default. The process takes approximately 5 minutes. Please wait until the generation is complete.
