FAQ | KCL Module Errors During Installation

1. Network Check Failure

If the error shown below occurs while installing the KCL module set, request that GIT remove the VIN using the [tap] inquiry form.

2. SIM Card ICCID Does Not Appear

A SIM card or hardware defect is suspected.

If the following screen appears and the ICCID field contains no text or numbers, retry the installation using the following workarounds:

A. Replace the SIM card and retry the installation.

B. Replace the module set and retry the installation.

If the issue persists, [tap] submit an inquiry to GIT.
