Symptom
When attempting to communicate with an Additional Function using any diagnostic tool, the "Communication Failed" error message is displayed.
Cause:
This occurs when system communication with the vehicle cannot be established normally.
Resolution:
1. Verify the specifications of the system installed in the vehicle, select the correct system, and try again.
2. Verify that the system is properly installed in the vehicle and check the wiring connections.
