A: If you experience communication issues with the diagnostic tool or if a function fails while diagnosing a CKD vehicle, follow these steps:

2. GIT Verification: GIT will review the submitted logs to determine whether the vehicle is supported.
3. Contact the GSW Technical Hotline: If GIT cannot provide support, contact the Technical Hotline through GSW ( https://www.kia-hotline.com )
