Starting with Android 15, background network access restrictions have been strengthened. As a result, network traffic, such as file downloads, is restricted while an app is running in the background.
Q. What happens if I go to the Home screen during a download?
A. The download stops. When Smart Launcher is restarted, the download resumes from the point where it stopped.
