Symptom: Error code [9000-36-7000] occurs during an ECU upgrade.
Cause: This error occurs when the controller does not respond to the ECU upgrade data transfer command sent by the ECU application, or when the specified response time is exceeded.
Resolution:
1. Check whether any aftermarket equipment is installed in the vehicle.
2. Verify that the diagnostic tool is properly connected and that sensor output from the target controller is displayed correctly.
3. If the connection and sensor output are normal, disconnect the vehicle power connector, wait 5 minutes, reconnect it, and then retry the ECU upgrade.
