Error Code Occurs During ECU Upgrade (9000-1A-0063)

Symptom: Error code [9000-1A-0063] occurs during an ECU upgrade.

Cause: The command used by the ECU application to determine upgrade eligibility before the ECU upgrade failed.

Solution: 

1. Check whether any aftermarket equipment is installed in the vehicle.
2. Verify that the diagnostic tool is connected properly and that sensor output from the target control unit is displayed correctly.
3. If the connection and sensor output are normal, disconnect the vehicle power connector, wait 5 minutes, and reconnect it. Then perform the upgrade eligibility check and retry the ECU upgrade.
