Symptom: Error code [0012-00-0000] occurs while an ECU upgrade is in progress.
Cause: The tablet failed to send data to the VCI when requesting the start of the ECU upgrade.
Resolution:
1. Disconnect the VCI from the OBD connector, and then reconnect it.
2. After reconnecting the tablet and VCI, retry the ECU upgrade.
3. If the steps above do not resolve the issue, submit an error log report by referring to the [Further Resources] below.
