1. Reporting Failures
- Describe the symptoms: Briefly explain the issue you are experiencing with GPMS.
- Check the "Commanager" version: Provide the installed Commanager version. To locate it, go to Settings > Apps > Commanager and check the version displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Provide visual evidence: Attach photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the issue.
- Include your GPMS ID, then submit a request
2. Collecting Additional Logs (if required)
- In some cases, additional logs may be required to diagnose the issue. Follow the instructions below to collect them:
2.1 Download and extract the file:
- Download the file attached at the bottom of this article (VCI2_ShowPacket.zip) to your tablet.
- Extract VCI2_ShowPacket.zip on your tablet.
2.2 Locate and copy the folder:
- Locate the "mvci" folder and copy it to "Internal Storage".
2.3 Reproduce the issue:
- Run GPMS on your tablet.
- Perform the actions that normally cause the issue.
2.4 Send the log folder:
- After reproducing the issue, close GPMS.
- Compress the entire "mvci" folder into a ZIP file.
- Send the compressed "mvci" folder to support@gitauto.zendesk.com.
