ECU Reprogramming Standard Operating Procedure

Prerequisites and safety steps before performing ECU ROM upgrades on Kia EV and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.

1. Connect an auxiliary battery charger (minimum 13.5 V).
2. Select the target ECU module in KDS 2.0.
3. After completion, perform Automatic Option Code Write.
