Error Code Occurs During ECU Upgrade (9000-1A-0063)

Symptom:  Error code [9000-1A-0063] occurs during an ECU upgrade.

Cause: The target eligibility check command performed in the ECU app before the ECU upgrade failed.

Solution: 

1. Check whether any aftermarket equipment is installed in the vehicle.
2. Check the diagnostic tool connection and verify that the sensor output values from the target control unit are displayed correctly.
3. If the connection and sensor output values are normal, disconnect the vehicle power connector, wait 5 minutes, and then reconnect it. Perform the target eligibility check again before retrying the ECU upgrade.
