Error Code Occurs During ECU Upgrade (0012-00-0000)

Symptom: Error code [0012-00-0000] occurs during an ECU upgrade.

Cause: The tablet failed to send data to the VCI when requesting the ECU upgrade to start.

Resolution:

1. Disconnect the VCI from the vehicle's OBD connector, and then reconnect it.
2. Reconnect the tablet to the VCI, and then retry the ECU upgrade.
