- When attempting to use Special Inspection, engine data is not displayed on the function screen, preventing the inspection from proceeding (may occur on HEV models).
Noise measurement on HEV models requires forced engine speed control. Therefore, the ECU must be upgraded. Check whether the ECU has been upgraded. Because engine speed is controlled automatically, do not press the accelerator pedal. Verify that the engine speed increases without pressing the pedal.
- A message requests vehicle information (Mileage and RO number) and the VIN, even though they have already been entered.
The VIN displayed on the screen is automatically populated based on the selected Vehicle Model. However, to start AUTO VIN, select the 'Verify' button on the right. If AUTO VIN authentication fails after selecting 'Verify', the VIN may not be registered in the vehicle. In this case, activate AUTO VIN by manually entering the VIN using the VIN Write function in S/W Management.
- The message “Note: There are no events for this vehicle” is displayed.
This message is displayed when the Vehicle Model is not supported. Verify that the current vehicle information is correct.
