How to Retrieve ECU Logs from Your Kia KDS 2.0 Tablet

Follow the steps below to retrieve ECU logs from your KDS 2.0 tablet.

1. Tap "My Files" on your tablet.

2. Go to "Internal storage \ NvciData\ log". You will find the "ecu" folder.

    Press and hold the "ecu" folder for 2~3 Seconds. Once it is selected, tap "More".

    A pop-up menu will appear at the top.

    Tap "Compress".

3. Enter "ecu folder" or another name for the compressed file.

4. The "ecu folder.zip" file has now been created.

5. Transfer this file to your PC or mobile phone using Quick Share or another file-transfer method, then email it to us as an attachment.

   Alternatively, you can send the file directly from Gmail on the tablet.
