Internet Update fails to resume after selecting 'Retry'

Symptom : The Internet Update fails to resume after selecting 'Retry'. When 'Retry' is selected during the Internet Update, the download progress returns to 0%.

Cause : The issue is likely caused by a server error.

Temporary Solution : Do not select 'Retry'. Instead, select 'Close' to close the window, and then select the globe icon on the main screen, as shown below. The Internet Update will resume downloading from the point at which it stopped.
