How to Check and Update the Diagnostic App Version:

1. Launch the Diagnostic App.
2. Tap the Globe icon in the top-left corner of the Main Home screen.
3. Check the version shown in the 'Software' column:
   • Tablet version: Version currently installed
   • Server version: Latest version available
4. If the Tablet version is lower than the Server version, download and install the update.

If the update version is not displayed:

1. On the Main Home screen, tap Configuration in the bottom-right corner.
2. Open the Server menu.
3. Tap 'Reset', and then tap 'Save'.
4. Return to the Main Home screen and tap the Globe icon again to verify the update version.

'General' covers Asia, the Pacific, Oceania, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and the CIS.

US Territories covers Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico.
