Cause
The ECU (control unit) returned a negative response to the data transfer command initiated by the ECU APP (GITN_ECU).
Corrective Action
Check the condition of the vehicle battery.
If error code 7000-36-7F92 persists even though the vehicle is eligible for the ECU upgrade, confirm the applicable specifications with the vehicle quality department or the control unit manufacturer.
How to Verify Eligibility
Review the TSB and verify that the model year, engine displacement (powertrain), and ROM ID or part number of the applicable control unit match the vehicle information.
