Symptom

Error code 4900-01-0000 occurs during an ECU upgrade.

Cause

This error code indicates a pre-procedure failure caused by an Ethernet socket connection failure.

How to Resolve

Check and address the following items in sequence, and then try again.

1. Check the Ethernet Socket Connection Status

• Check the physical connection status of the cables and equipment used for the Ethernet connection.

2. Update the Google Play System to the Latest Version

• Verify that the tablet's Google Play system Update is current. If necessary, update it to the latest version.
