How to Register on the Kia KDS 2.0 Customer Support Site – Existing Inquiry Submitters

If you are submitting an inquiry for the first time and would like to register, click [here].

If you have submitted at least one inquiry in the past, follow the steps below.

1. Click the "Sign in" button in the upper-right corner of the webpage.

2. Click "Create a password" on the second line at the bottom.

3. Enter the email address you previously used to submit an inquiry, and then click the "Submit" button.

4. Open the email account you entered and locate the email with the subject line "GITAUTO Password Reset."

5. You will be redirected to the webpage below. Enter a new password and click "Change password."

6. Your registration is now complete. Return to the main page and sign in using your registered email address and password.
