1. When attempting to access an ECU Upgrade event, the message "Failed to generate data." appears.
→ Corrective action: Install all available Updates through the latest version. If the latest version is already installed and the symptom persists, perform a rollback.
(Rollback: Go to My Files/mvci/update/Manufacturer/Log, select the previous date, and copy the files. Paste and overwrite them in mvci/update/Manufacturer, and then click the Internet Update button in the program.)
2. Event No. 857 for the Venue is not displayed.
→ This event was never distributed. If a service bulletin was issued, the responsible department indicated that it may have been issued in error.
3. Events No. 876 and No. 877 are not displayed on the 3rd-generation diagnostic tool, but they are displayed on the 4th-generation diagnostic tool.
→ Both events were deleted on 12/02 at the customer's request; therefore, neither event should be displayed.
In this case, run Internet Update on the 4th-generation diagnostic tool to install the latest version.
