Kia KDS 2.0: Mileage Data Missing from E-Report (VDN)

If Mileage information is missing from a generated E-Report or GWMS, follow the instructions below to submit a support request.

1. Verify the E-Report number or VDN associated with the missing Mileage information.

2. Retrieve and compress the E-Report data from the following locations on the tablet to determine whether the Mileage data was not transmitted during vehicle diagnosis or the Mileage information was missing when the E-Report was sent:

A. Log file: 

   1) Go to the path [internal storage\nvci\temp].

   2) Locate the [eReportTemp] folder and compress it (eReportTemp).

B. VDN data file:

   1) Go to the path [Internal storage\nvci] on the tablet PC.

   2) Locate the [vininfo] folder and compress it (vininfo). 

C. Upload data:

   1) Go to the path [Internal storage\nvci\upload] on the tablet PC.

   2) Locate the [ereprot] and [ereportsync] folders, and compress both folders.

3. Send the compressed data to the GIT representative by email at ics@gitauto.com.
