If the following notification window appears when connecting the VCI3, make sure the device has a network connection (Wi-Fi, LTE, or 5G), then log out of the diagnostic app and log back in.
✅ Why is logging out required?
- Device–VCI3 status synchronization: Some important status values may not be updated while you are logged in. Logging back in synchronizes the latest status with the server.
- Session/token reissuance: This resets any session affected by a network change or weak signal and restores the correct permissions.
🛠 Recommended Procedure (Follow in Order)
- Check the network connection (ensure a stable connection to Wi-Fi, LTE, or 5G).
- Check the VCI3 power and connection (maintain the Bluetooth/USB connection).
- In KDS 2.0, log out (required).
- Completely close the KDS 2.0 app, then restart it.
- Log back in while maintaining the network connection.
- After login is complete, verify the VCI3 connection status again.
Note: You must log in while the device has an active network connection. In an offline or weak-signal environment, the status information may not update to the latest version, causing the message to appear repeatedly.
