1. When attempting to access an ECU upgrade event, the message "Failed to generate data." appears.
→ Corrective action: Install all available Updates, including the latest version. If the issue persists with the latest version installed, perform a rollback.
(Rollback: Go to 내파일/mvci/update/메이커/Log/이전날짜, select and copy the files, and then paste them into mvci/update/메이커, overwriting the existing files. In the program, click the Internet Update button.)
2. Venue Event No. 857 is not displayed.
→ This event was never released. If a service bulletin was issued first, it appears to have been distributed incorrectly by the relevant department.
3. Events No. 876 and No. 877 are not displayed on the 3rd-generation diagnostic tool, but are displayed on the 4th-generation diagnostic tool.
→ Both events were deleted on 12/02 at the customer's request; therefore, neither event should be displayed.
In this case, perform an Internet Update on the 4th-generation diagnostic tool to install the latest version.
