How to Resolve App Crashes on Launch or Garbled Text

❓ Messages Display Incorrectly When Launching or Using the App (MSG_SYSTEM_CHECKING, Text Containing "_", etc.)

🔍 Symptoms

1. App does not launch:

   • When launching the app after the initial installation or an Internet update, the MSG_CHECK_SYSTEM message appears and the app closes automatically.
     
     

2. App launches, but text displays incorrectly:

   • After the initial installation or an Internet update, the app launches, but some text is displayed with underscores (_) instead of spaces while the app is in use.
     Examples: System_checking_complete, Welcome_to_GIT_App, etc.

🛠 Cause

These symptoms may occur when the app's text resource file is corrupted.
If the string data used internally by the app does not load correctly, system variable names or formatting strings may be displayed instead of normal text, or the app may fail to launch altogether.

✅ Resolution

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app. Reinstalling the corrupted resource file may resolve the issue.

2. If reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue, contact GIT Customer Support for assistance.

3. If you receive a recovery file from GIT Customer Support:

   • Manually copy the text resource file provided by GIT to the following path (in the *system folder):

     /Internal Storage/nvci/systemdb/*system
