For additional compatible models, refer to the Supported Tablet List. App downloads for KDS 2.0, GENESIS Smart, and KDS 2.0 require Smart Launcher ver.1.294 or higher. Support requests must include the tablet model, Android OS/One UI version, app name and version, and screenshots of the issue.
