[KDS 2.0] Temporary Workaround for Persistent User Authentication Failure (Error Code 4001) Pop-Up

If **User Authentication Failure (Error Code 4001)** continues to occur while using KDS 2.0, please review the information below.

■ Primary Cause

This error may occur if there is a temporary delay while downloading the server security certificate (HSM certificate).

■ Corrective Action

Follow the steps below to verify and resolve the issue.

1. Log in again
   • After successfully logging in, ensure that the Login Successful pop-up appears at the bottom of the screen.

1. Wait for the certificate download
   • After logging in, wait approximately 1–2 minutes to allow the certificate download to complete successfully.
2. Perform vehicle communication
   • After waiting, proceed with vehicle communication as usual.

■ Planned Improvement Schedule

An improvement for this issue
is scheduled to be included in the regular release update on May 26, 2026.
