KDS 2.0 | 'Failed to connect to update server' error message occurs

Symptom: The 'Failed to connect to update server' error message occurs during an internet update.

Solution: 

Follow the two steps below.

1) Reset the server settings.

Path: Configuration > Server > Reset > Save

2) Force stop KDS 2.0.

Path: Settings > Apps > KDS 2.0 > Force stop

After completing these steps, start KDS 2.0 and perform the internet update again.
