Answer: If an error message appears during installation and you cannot proceed to the Authentication step, follow the steps below:

1. Download the new Smart Launcher: Scan the QR code below to download the updated Smart Launcher.

2. Copy the file to the installation USB drive: After downloading the Smart Launcher file, copy it to the installation USB drive.
3. Retry the installation: After copying the file, reinstall KDS 2.0 using the updated installation USB drive.
