Kia KDS 2.0: OTA Version Initialization Using S/W Management

Problem: An error, such as error code 4305, occurs while updating the OTA management version.

Solution: Perform an OTA version initialization.

OTA version initialization may be used as an alternative when the OTA management version update repeatedly fails.

How to Perform OTA Version Initialization:

1. Access S/W Management: Open KDS 2.0 and navigate to the "S/W Management" section.
2. Search for "OTA": Use the search function in S/W Management to locate the "OTA Initialization" feature, as shown below.
3. Follow the Instructions: After locating the OTA initialization feature, carefully follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Note: Follow the instructions provided in KDS 2.0 when performing the OTA version initialization process.

Performing this initialization may resolve issues that prevent the OTA management version from being updated successfully.
