FAQ | KCL Module Errors During Installation

1. Network Check Failure

If the error shown below occurs while installing the KCL module set, request VIN removal from GIT via the inquiry form.

2. SIM Card ICCID Is Not Displayed

A SIM card or hardware fault is suspected. 

If the following screen is displayed and no text or numbers appear in the ICCID field, retry the installation using the following corrective actions:

A. Replace the SIM card and retry the installation.

B. Replace the module set and retry the installation. 

If the issue persists, submit an inquiry to GIT.
