[Service Center] Wireless connection does not work after a tablet "S/W Update (Android Upgrade)" or "Full Device Reset"

If you perform a tablet "S/W Update (Android Upgrade)" or "Full Device Reset," and the service center uses a secure network, you must reconfigure the tablet settings to match the service center’s secure network. 

Solution: 

If the service center uses a secure network, change the Wi-Fi MAC address setting to a fixed MAC address when connecting to the network (Wi-Fi).
