Basic Operation

: Describes the basic operation of KDS 2.0.

Module Connection

: Describes how to connect (pair) the VCI II, GDS VCI, and TPMS modules.

Smart Search 

: Use Smart Search to view information about the selected vehicle, including basic information and repair history, and access technical information organized by symptom, case, and other categories.

My Service

: Provides shortcuts to useful utilities.

Smart Diagnosis

: Provides comprehensive diagnostic results for the systems in the selected vehicle.

Expert Diagnosis

: Describes the basic operation of Expert Diagnosis.

DTC Analysis

: Searches for DTCs in one or more systems installed in the vehicle and provides detailed diagnostic and service information related to the detected DTCs.

Smart Diagnosis

: Provides comprehensive diagnostic results for the systems in the selected vehicle.

Data Analysis

: Uses vehicle communication to display sensor input signals and the parameter values controlled by the vehicle's control modules for actuator operation.

Multi Data Analysis

: Similar to Data Analysis, this function allows sensor data from multiple control modules installed in the vehicle to be analyzed simultaneously on one screen.

*This function operates only with modules that support the CAN communication protocol.

Actuation Test

: Commands the control module to activate or stop various actuators installed in the vehicle, allowing you to verify proper component operation.

S/W Management

: Provides additional setup, testing, initialization, and related functions after vehicle repairs.

System Identification

: Displays identification information for the control modules installed in the vehicle, including Part No., H/W, and S/W.

Recorded Data

: Allows you to view data stored on the tablet PC and copy driving data stored in the VCI II.

ECU Upgrade

: Corrects control module issues and improves vehicle performance through upgrades issued by the vehicle manufacturer as needed. This function may be performed only by facilities designated by the manufacturer.

OBD-II

:  Displays powertrain emissions-related diagnostic data in accordance with OBD-II standards.

Flight Record

: Records data generated while the vehicle is being driven.

Digital Field Fix

: Provides functions for checking the operating status of control modules or vehicle components before repairs are performed.

Utility

: Includes various utilities for user convenience.

Borescope

: Uses the wireless borescope module to inspect the interior of mechanical components that are difficult to view directly.

ScopeTech

: Uses the VMI measurement module to diagnose the vehicle by measuring actual sensor and actuator waveforms and performing simulations.
