The app closes during the Update on Android 14.

Symptom: The app closes during the Update.

Cause: If your tablet PC is running Android 14, you must reinstall SmartLauncher to complete the Update.

Solution

  1. Restart the tablet PC. 

  2. Go to [Settings > Apps > SmartLauncher].

3. Tap "Uninstall" at the bottom.

4. Scan the QR code below using your tablet PC. 

5. Download and install SmartLauncher on your tablet PC.

6. Launch KDS 2.0 and perform the internet Update again.
