Update failed to resume after pressing the 'Retry' button during an Internet Update

Symptom : The Internet Update fails to resume after pressing the 'Retry' button. When the 'Retry' button is pressed during the Internet Update, the download returns to 0%.

Cause : This issue may occur due to a server problem.

Temporary Solution : Do not press the 'Retry' button. Instead, select 'Close' to close the window, and then press the Globe icon on the main screen, as shown below. The Internet Update will resume downloading from the point where it stopped.
