FAQ | KCL Module Installation Errors

1. Network Check Failure

If the error shown below occurs while installing the KCL module set, request VIN removal from GIT using the [tap] inquiry form.

2. SIM Card ICCID Does Not Appear

A SIM card or hardware defect may be present. 

If the following screen appears with no text or numbers in the ICCID field, try reinstalling using the following procedures:

A. Replace the SIM card and retry the installation.

B. Replace the module set and retry the installation. 

If the installation continues to fail, [tap] submit an inquiry to GIT.
