How to Check and Update the Diagnostic App Version:

1. Launch the Diagnostic App.
2. Select the Globe icon in the upper-left corner of the Main Home screen.
3. Check the version in the 'Software' column:
   • Tablet version: Version currently installed
   • Server version: Latest version available
4. If the Tablet version is lower than the Server version, proceed to download the Update.

If the Update version is not displayed:

1. From the Main Home screen, select Configuration in the lower-right corner.
2. Go to the Server menu.
3. Select 'Reset', and then select 'Save'.
4. Return to the Main Home screen and select the Globe icon again to verify the Update version.

'General' covers Asia, the Pacific, Oceania, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and the CIS.

US Territories covers Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico.
